Check‑in & Check‑out

What are the check‑in and check‑out times?
Check‑in is from 15:00, and check‑out is by 11:00 (effective from July 10).
Is early check‑in or late check‑out available?
If early check‑in is possible, we will notify you by the day before. Late check‑out is not available.

Reservations

Can I book on the same day?
Same-day reservations are not accepted. Please make your reservation in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct reservations, a cancellation fee applies from 7 days before your stay. For reservations via booking sites, please check each site’s policy.

Which credit cards are accepted?
Available cards:

Access & Shuttle

How can I get there?
By car, public transport (free shuttle between Ōtsuki Station and Gōon, approximately 20 minutes), or taxi.
Is shuttle service available during multiple-night stays?
Yes, shuttle service to Ōtsuki Station is available. Please reserve at least 2 days in advance. We will accommodate additional requests or other destinations whenever possible.

Facilities & Services

Is there Wi‑Fi?
Yes, each room has a Wi‑Fi QR code. Please scan and connect.
Is parking available? Do I need to reserve?
There are up to four parking spaces in front of each building. No reservation required.
What are the differences between the buildings?
• Buildings G, O, A: two queen beds each
• Buildings T, Y: four single beds each
Is smoking allowed?
All indoor areas are non‑smoking.
Are there connecting rooms?
We do not have full connecting rooms, but doors between Y⇄G and G⇄O can be opened upon request if arranged in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are permitted in buildings Y, G, and O only.
Are pet supplies provided?
We provide towels, shampoo, food bowls, litter trays, and training pads.
Is there a dog run?
Each building has a fenced area, but it is not fully enclosed. Please ensure pets remain on a leash.

Stay Details

Can more than 5 guests stay?
Yes, up to 6 guests. We can provide extra mattresses. Additional amenity fee: ¥5,000 per person (incl. tax).
What amenities are provided?
We provide hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, pajamas, bathrobes, etc.
Is it okay to stay with small children?
Yes, children are welcome. Families can stay with peace of mind.
What should I do with the trash?
Please gather trash in bins or by the entrance. For multi‑night stays, place outside by 12:00 pm daily for pickup.
How long do you keep lost items?
We keep them for up to two weeks. If you prefer mailing, shipping costs apply.

Meals

When is the meal reservation deadline?
Please reserve meals at least 3 days before your stay.
What are the meal plan prices?
• Koshu’s Harvest BBQ plan: ¥10,000 per person (tax incl.)
• BBQ + breakfast plan: ¥11,500 per person (tax incl.)
• Premium Koshu Wine‑Beef BBQ plan: ¥15,000 per person (tax incl.)
• Premium BBQ + breakfast: ¥16,500 per person (tax incl.)
• Premium BBQ + special curry + breakfast: ¥17,500 per person (tax incl.)
• Breakfast‑only plan: ¥1,500 per person (tax incl.)
Can I use the BBQ grill even without a meal plan?
Yes, the equipment is free to use.

Options & Nearby Facilities

Can you arrange anniversary plans or surprise setups?
Yes, we offer cakes, bouquets, balloon art, etc. Please feel free to contact us.
Is there a fee for pets?
No, there is no additional fee.
Are there nearby day‑use hot springs?
There are “Yorimichi no Yu” and “Bashō Tsukimachi no Yu” in Yamanashi where you can enjoy day‑use. Please see their official websites for details.
Do I need ice for shaved ice?
No, only water is needed. Please refer to the welcome guide for details.
How does contactless check‑in work?
We will send access codes by email before your stay. After entering the code on the keypad, use the “LockState” button to lock/unlock.
Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
Within a 10‑minute drive: “7‑Eleven Tsuru Ikura Store” and “Beisia Food Center Tsuru.”

Sauna & Water Areas

Is swimwear required for sauna use?
Yes, please bring and wear swimwear.
Is the water in the cold bath/jacuzzi changed each time?
Yes, water is replaced after cleaning for each use.

Emergency

How do I contact in an emergency?
If the mobile phone signal is not reachable, please use the in‑room phone provided.
It’s unattended—can staff come immediately if something happens?
If you cannot resolve the issue yourself, please contact the emergency number listed in the welcome guide. Our staff will respond promptly.
