What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:30 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
If early check-in is available, we will notify you by the day before. We do not offer late check-out.
Can I make a reservation on the same day?
We do not accept same-day reservations.
What is your cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, cancellation fees apply from 7 days before your stay. For reservations made through other websites, please check the respective cancellation policies.
What credit cards are accepted for booking?
Visa, JCB, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay (CUP), and eftpos Australia are accepted.
How can I access the hotel?
You can reach us by car, public transportation (20-minute free shuttle from Ōtsuki Station to G.O.A.T), or taxi.
Is it possible to have shuttle service during a consecutive stay?
Yes, we offer shuttle services between “G.O.A.T” and Otsuki Station.
Please make a reservation for shuttle services during your stay at least two days in advance.
We will do our best to accommodate requests made within two days prior to your desired shuttle time, as well as requests for transportation to other locations.
Is Wi-Fi available on-site?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available.
Is there parking available? Do I need to reserve it in advance?
Yes, parking is available in front of each building. Up to four cars can be accommodated, and reservations are not necessary.
What are the differences between the buildings?
G, O, and A buildings each have two queen-size beds. The T building has four single beds.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are allowed only in the G and O buildings. We provide pet shampoo.
Is there a dog run?
There is an enclosure next to the rooms, but as it is not fully fenced, it cannot be used as a dog run. Please use a leash.
Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?
All buildings are non-smoking.
I’m staying with friends; do you have connecting rooms?
We do not have connecting rooms, but there is a door between Buildings G and O that can be opened upon request.
Is it possible to stay with more than five people?
Yes, up to 6 people can stay. While there are no extra beds, we can provide a cot. However, there is an additional fee of 5,000 yen (tax included) per person for amenities such as towels, pajamas, and bathrobes.
Is it possible to stay with children?
Yes, children and infants are welcome.
How should I dispose of trash during an extended stay?
Please leave it outside the entrance by noon each day, and we will collect it.
How long will forgotten items be stored?
If we don’t hear from you, we will dispose of items after two weeks. If you wish to have them mailed, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
When should I book meals?
Please make meal reservations at least two days prior to your stay.
What are the prices for meal plans?
• G.O.A.T Original Hōtō Set: 10,000 yen (per person)
• G.O.A.T Original Hōtō + Breakfast Plan: 12,000 yen (per person)
• G.O.A.T Original BBQ Plan: 13,000 yen (per person)
• G.O.A.T Original BBQ + Breakfast Plan: 15,000 yen (per person)
• Breakfast Only Plan: 2,000 yen (per person)
• Tora no Ana Ultimate BBQ Set: 15,000 yen (per person)
• Tora no Ana Ultimate BBQ + Breakfast Plan: 17,000 yen (per person)
Can I use the BBQ grill and cooking utensils without a meal plan?
Yes, all equipment is available for free use.
Do I need special ice to make shaved ice?
No ice is needed; you can make shaved ice using water only. Please refer to the welcome guide for details.
How do I check-in without face-to-face interaction?
We will send you an access code via email. To enter, input the code on the keypad and press the “LockState” button. To lock, simply press the “LockState” button again.
Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
There is a 24-hour Seven-Eleven (Tsuru Iikura branch) about 10 minutes away by car.
Can you call a taxi for me?
At our facility, you can use the local taxi companies. Please refer to the contact information below when calling. It is necessary to call and confirm the availability of the service.

Should I bring swimwear?
Yes, please bring and wear swimwear when using the sauna.
Do you change the water in the cold bath and jacuzzi each time?
Yes, we clean and change the water for each use.
Can I contact someone in case of an emergency?
Yes, though some carriers may have limited service, there is a cell phone in the room for emergencies. The emergency contact number is in the welcome guide.
