\nEarly check-in may be available if requested by the day before. Late check-out is not available.\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

\nCan I make a same-day reservation?\n<\/dt>\n
\nWe do not accept same-day reservations. Room-only plans must be booked at least 3 days in advance, and plans with meals must be booked at least 5 days in advance. (Meal additions are accepted up to 3 days before your stay.)\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n\n

\nWhat is the cancellation policy?\n<\/dt>\n
\nFor direct bookings, a cancellation fee will apply from 14 days before your stay. For bookings via travel sites, please refer to each site\u2019s policy.\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

\nYou can come by car, public transportation (free shuttle between Otsuki Station and G.O.A.T., approx. 20 minutes), or taxi.\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

\nYes, we provide a free shuttle service to\/from Otsuki Station. Please reserve at least 5 days in advance (up to 5 people per trip; departure at 3:30 PM from Otsuki Station; not available in some situations).\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/section>\n\n
