Reservations & Check-in

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in may be available if requested by the day before. Late check-out is not available.
Can I make a same-day reservation?
We do not accept same-day reservations. Room-only plans must be booked at least 3 days in advance, and plans with meals must be booked at least 5 days in advance. (Meal additions are accepted up to 3 days before your stay.)
What is the cancellation policy?
For direct bookings, a cancellation fee will apply from 14 days before your stay. For bookings via travel sites, please refer to each site’s policy.
Which credit cards are accepted?
VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners, and Discover are accepted.

Access & Transportation

How can I access the facility?
You can come by car, public transportation (free shuttle between Otsuki Station and G.O.A.T., approx. 20 minutes), or taxi.
Is transportation available during multi-night stays?
Yes, we provide a free shuttle service to/from Otsuki Station. Please reserve at least 5 days in advance (up to 5 people per trip; departure at 3:30 PM from Otsuki Station; not available in some situations).

Facilities & Services

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, you can connect via the QR code in the room.
Is there a parking lot? Do I need a reservation?
Up to 5 cars can park in front of the building, and no reservation is needed.
How many beds are there?
There are a total of 11 beds in 4 rooms (1 king and 10 double beds).
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the facility.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is there a fee for pets?
No, there is no additional charge.
Are pet supplies provided?
We provide beds, towels, shampoo, food bowls, toilet trays, and toilet sheets.
Is there a dog run?
Since it is not fully enclosed, we kindly ask that you use a leash.

Your Stay

Can more than 10 people stay?
Yes, up to 16 guests can stay. Extra beds (mattresses) are provided free of charge.
What amenities are provided?
Hair dryers, curling/straightening irons, shampoos, toothbrushes, pajamas, and bathrobes are available.
Can I stay with children?
Yes, children are welcome.
How should I dispose of trash?
If the trash doesn’t fit in the bins, please place it in the “Trash Storage Room” to the left of the kitchen shelf.
How long do you keep lost items?
We store them for two weeks. If you’d like them mailed, shipping costs will be charged.

About Meals

When is the reservation deadline for meals?
Please apply at least 5 days before your check-in date. Changes in the number of people are accepted up to 3 days in advance.
What are the prices for meal plans?
・Breakfast-only plan: 1,500 yen / per person (tax included)
・Koshu Beef Golden Dashi Shabu Plan: 12,000 yen / per person (tax included)
・Koshu Beef Golden Dashi Shabu + Breakfast Plan: 13,500 yen / per person (tax included)
・Koshu Wine Beef Premium BBQ Plan: 15,000 yen / per person (tax included)
・Koshu Wine Beef Premium BBQ + Breakfast Plan: 16,500 yen / per person (tax included)
・Koshu Wine Beef Premium BBQ + Breakfast + Special Curry Plan: 17,500 yen / per person (tax included)
What are the portion sizes for each meal plan?
■Koshu Beef Golden Dashi Shabu Plan (for 2 people)
Horse sashimi 50g, Koshu beef sirloin 200g, Fujizakura pork loin 200g, assorted seasonal vegetables, special broth, ponzu, sesame sauce, Yoshida udon, 300g of rice, chili seasoning, sansho pepper, wine

■Koshu Wine Beef Premium BBQ Plan (for 2 people)
Domestic beef tongue 100g, domestic beef skirt 100g, Koshu beef rump 100g, Koshu beef short rib 100g, Koshu wine beef sirloin 200g, horse sashimi 50g, yakisoba 300g + ingredients (pork belly 100g, vegetables 200g), 300g of rice, assorted seasonal vegetables, wine, 1kg of ice, condiments (lemon, garlic, wasabi)

■Breakfast (for 2 people)
300g of rice, 4 eggs, 1 pack of pickles, 2 packs of miso soup, tea

*Wine can be replaced with grape juice. One bottle is provided per 2 people.

Equipment

Can I use the BBQ grill even if I don’t book a meal plan?
Yes, the BBQ grill, fire pit, and firewood are available free of charge.

Other

Do you offer anniversary or surprise services?
【Cake Preparation】 ・Cakes can be arranged for an additional fee.
・The standard cake is a shortcake.
・Sizes and prices:
 - 15cm: 5,000 yen (tax included)
 - 12cm: 4,000 yen (tax included)
・A message plate can be specified.
・The cake will be placed in the refrigerator inside the smart table.
・Please place your order at least 3 days before check-in.

【If you prefer something other than shortcake】
For guests who do not prefer shortcake, a fruit tart (18cm) can be prepared.
Price: 6,500 yen (tax included)

【Flower Bouquet Preparation】
・Three sizes are available: Large (10,000 yen) / Medium (8,000 yen) / Small (5,000 yen) — florist’s choice.
・Orders are accepted until 3 days before check-in.
・Contents may vary depending on availability.

【Balloon Art Preparation】
・Balloon decoration only: 22,000 yen (tax included)
・Balloon + bouquet decoration: 33,000 yen (tax included)
・Balloon + bouquet option decoration: from 44,000 yen (tax included)
・Orders are accepted until 7 days before check-in.
Are there any hot spring or day-use bathing facilities nearby?
Yes, facilities like Yorimichi-no-Yu and Tsukimachi-no-Yu offer day-use bathing.
Do I need special ice for shaved ice?
No, you can make it with water alone.
How does the contactless check-in work?
We will send you an access code, which you can use on the keypad to enter and exit.
Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?
Yes, a 7-Eleven and Beisia are about 10 minutes away by car.
Can you arrange a taxi?
Yes, you may contact Otsuki Taxi (0554-22-2221) or Fujikyu Yamanashi Hire (0554-22-2455).
Do I need a swimsuit to use the sauna?
Yes, please bring and wear a swimsuit.
Is the water in the pool, cold bath, and jacuzzi changed every time?
Yes, we clean and replace the water each time.
It’s an unmanned facility—what should I do in an emergency? Will someone come quickly?
In case of emergency, contact the manager listed on the tablet in your room. We will respond promptly depending on the situation.
