What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check-in may be available if requested by the day before. Late check-out is not available.

Can I make a same-day reservation?

We do not accept same-day reservations. Room-only plans must be booked at least 3 days in advance, and plans with meals must be booked at least 5 days in advance. (Meal additions are accepted up to 3 days before your stay.)

What is the cancellation policy?

For direct bookings, a cancellation fee will apply from 14 days before your stay. For bookings via travel sites, please refer to each site’s policy.

Which credit cards are accepted?

VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners, and Discover are accepted.
Access & Transportation

How can I access the facility?
-
You can come by car, public transportation (free shuttle between Otsuki Station and G.O.A.T., approx. 20 minutes), or taxi.

Is transportation available during multi-night stays?
-
Yes, we provide a free shuttle service to/from Otsuki Station. Please reserve at least 5 days in advance (up to 5 people per trip; departure at 3:30 PM from Otsuki Station; not available in some situations).

Up to 5 cars can park in front of the building, and no reservation is needed.

There are a total of 11 beds in 4 rooms (1 king and 10 double beds).

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the facility.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome.

Is there a fee for pets?

No, there is no additional charge.

Are pet supplies provided?

We provide beds, towels, shampoo, food bowls, toilet trays, and toilet sheets.

Is there a dog run?

Since it is not fully enclosed, we kindly ask that you use a leash.

Can more than 10 people stay?

Yes, up to 16 guests can stay. Extra beds (mattresses) are provided free of charge.

What amenities are provided?

Hair dryers, curling/straightening irons, shampoos, toothbrushes, pajamas, and bathrobes are available.

Can I stay with children?

Yes, children are welcome.

How should I dispose of trash?

If the trash doesn’t fit in the bins, please place it in the “Trash Storage Room” to the left of the kitchen shelf.

How long do you keep lost items?

We store them for two weeks. If you’d like them mailed, shipping costs will be charged.

When is the reservation deadline for meals?

Please apply at least 5 days before your check-in date. Changes in the number of people are accepted up to 3 days in advance.

No, you can make it with water alone.

How does the contactless check-in work?

We will send you an access code, which you can use on the keypad to enter and exit.

Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?

Yes, a 7-Eleven and Beisia are about 10 minutes away by car.

Can you arrange a taxi?

Do I need a swimsuit to use the sauna?

Yes, please bring and wear a swimsuit.

Is the water in the pool, cold bath, and jacuzzi changed every time?

Yes, we clean and replace the water each time.

It’s an unmanned facility—what should I do in an emergency? Will someone come quickly?

In case of emergency, contact the manager listed on the tablet in your room. We will respond promptly depending on the situation.
